Because custom pieces are handcrafted to your specifications, they are typically final sale. However, we stand by our craftsmanship and will work with you on any issues that arise post-delivery.

Once your piece is complete, typical shipping timelines are:

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery on eligible non-custom items. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with all certificates and packaging. Custom-made and engraved pieces are usually final sale.
Can I resize my ring after receiving it?
Yes — we offer one free resizing within 60 days of delivery on most rings. Some delicate designs may have resizing limitations, which we’ll let you know at the time of purchase.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
Don’t worry. We’ll guide you through resizing or, in rare cases, remaking your ring. Our goal is to ensure the perfect fit — always.
How long does resizing take?
Once we receive your ring, resizing typically takes 7–10 business days plus return shipping time. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

Do your rings come with a certificate of authenticity?
Absolutely. Every piece from Xavia comes with a Jewelry Certificate of Authenticity, which includes your diamond’s specifications, metal purity, and production details — signed and verified by our studio.
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. All Xavia diamonds are 100% conflict-free and sourced through ethical, traceable channels. Our lab-grown stones are produced in highly regulated environments that prioritize sustainability, labor rights, and clean energy practices.
Do you follow the Kimberley Process?
Lab-grown diamonds are not part of the traditional mining trade and therefore exceed the requirements of the Kimberley Process. That said, we support and uphold the values of responsible sourcing across all our materials.
What’s the difference between IGI and GIA certification?
Both labs follow strict standards, but GIA is often associated with mined diamonds, while IGI is widely respected for its leadership in grading lab-grown diamonds. At Xavia, we use both depending on the stone and client preference — and we’re happy to advise you.
How do I verify my diamond’s certificate?
Your certificate will include a unique report number and grading report URL. You can visit the IGI or GIA website and enter this number to verify the details and origin of your stone.
