Order Processing Time
Depending on the item type, your order will follow one of the following timelines:
- Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Dispatched within 4–7 business days
- Standard Processing (Made-to-Order): Fulfilled within 8–10 business days
- Custom & Bespoke Designs: Handcrafted in 15–18 business days, depending on complexity and approval
Processing time refers to production and preparation before shipping. It does not include delivery time.

- Interior: Your jewelry is elegantly placed in a velvet Xavia box, with certificates and care instructions
- Eco-Friendly: We use recyclable or biodegradable materials whenever possible
Jewelry Certification
All certified diamond pieces include a grading certificate from IGI, GIA, or an equivalent lab. In select cases, certificates may be shipped separately, especially for international orders. If this applies, we will notify you in advance.
Signature Confirmation
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure secure receipt of your order.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order ships. This allows you to monitor your shipment in real-time. For any concerns, please reach out to our team for support.
Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees. These charges are not included in our product pricing and must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery.
We provide all necessary export documentation to help ensure smooth customs clearance.
Holiday Shipping Advisory
During peak seasons (such as Diwali, Christmas, and New Year), processing and delivery may take slightly longer. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend placing it early and contacting us to confirm availability.
