Yes. Every Xavia piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans, not mass-produced. We design, set, polish, and inspect each item in-house to ensure exceptional quality and finishing.
What is your return and refund policy?

Will I receive a diamond certificate and jewelry authentication?
Yes. Every diamond comes with an IGI (or equivalent) certificate, and each Xavia piece includes a branded jewelry certificate. Certificates may be shipped separately if required for security.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, we offer nickel-free and hypoallergenic options on request. Most of our jewelry is made with high-purity 10KT, 14KT, 18KT solid gold, 950 platinum, or 925 sterling silver — all suitable for sensitive skin. If you require a hypoallergenic or nickel-free version, please let us know before placing your order. Additional charges may apply depending on material choice.
