You can personalize most of our designs by selecting:

• Diamond Shape & Size: Choose from round brilliant, oval, emerald, cushion, pear, princess, or radiant cuts — available in various carat weights.
• Total Carat Weight Range: Adjust the overall diamond weight to match your scale, lifestyle, or budget.
• Setting Style: Modify prongs, height, setting details, or add pavé accents to the band.
• Metal Purity & Color: Available in 10KT, 14KT, 18KT solid gold (yellow, white, rose), 950 platinum, or 925 silver.
• Finish & Texture: Choose from high-polish, matte, satin, or brushed finishes.
• Inside Engraving: Add a message, initials, or date engraved inside the band — available on request.

Fully Bespoke Designs

We offer fully custom design services for clients who wish to create a piece from scratch. Whether it begins with a sketch, voice note, heirloom reference, or a vision — our Founder & Creative Director, Jenny, will collaborate with you one-on-one to bring it to life.

This process includes:

• Concept and storytelling consultation
• Sketch-based visual exploration
• Diamond and metal selection guidance
• CAD + wax modeling (if needed)
• Final crafting by Xavia’s master artisans

Timeline & Process

Custom modifications usually add 3–5 business days to production. Fully bespoke designs take 15–18 business days depending on complexity. We’ll provide a clear timeline and updates throughout.

• Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft, lint-free cloth
• Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasives, and ultrasonic cleaners unless advised
• Remove jewelry before bathing, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes
• Store your pieces in a fabric-lined box or soft pouch when not in use
• White gold pieces may require rhodium replating over time — available on request

Lifetime Warranty

All Xavia jewelry comes with a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship, covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

Please note, our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage, loss, or theft
• Issues caused by external repairs or third-party alterations
• Stones loosened or lost due to impact or improper care

To request a warranty inspection or repair, contact us with your order number and images of the item. Our team will assist you every step of the way.

Shipping costs for repairs or warranty claims (both ways) are the responsibility of the customer.
